From Vision to Reality
ProductivityBears was born from a passion for meaningful networking and a vision to fill a gap in the market for tailored, strategic networking events for young entrepreneurs.
Founded by Damian Sirso, an events professional who took a career turn from cancer research, our journey initially began in 2020 with the goal to create a supportive community of hard working and driven university graduates. The idea was to support one another in starting businesses and getting into the job market during a pandemic – one of the toughest markets to date.
