At ProductivityBears, we get it. You’ve been surrounded by people who didn’t get your vision, your drive. You’ve had those moments when your goals were called “too ambitious”—even impossible—by the people closest to you. At some point, your work might have even been called “cringe,” but deep down, you knew it was all possible. You’ve longed to find others who share your ambition and passion, people who get what you’re trying to build, but instead, you found yourself stuck in conversations about the latest celebrity gossip or negative news. And it bored you.
Your eyes lit up whenever business, creativity, or stories of people overcoming the impossible came up—because that’s where you belong. But no one around you was quite on the same wavelength. They didn’t challenge you, push you, or hold you accountable the way you needed. You often found yourself trying to help others grow, to be a role model, but this often led to frustration and stagnation because they weren’t ready for the same kind of ambition you had.
Our Mission
This is why our founder, Damian, started ProductivityBears: to connect ambitious, determined, and hardworking people like you with others who share your drive. People who push you to do better, hold you accountable, and grow alongside you.
We help you grow by running events focused on meeting other community members and overcoming challenges together. We’ll also introduce you to our “Network Navigators”—entrepreneurs who embody our values, take networking seriously, and genuinely enjoy meeting and helping like-minded people. Through our personalised networking approach, our Network Navigators will connect you with people in your industry as well as others who have faced similar challenges, offering valuable insights and potential solutions.
