FAQ
How do I install the Bear OS?
After purchase, you will receive a link to the template. Open the link while logged into Notion, and click the “Duplicate” button in the top right corner. The entire system will be added to your workspace instantly.
Do I need a paid Notion plan to use this?
No. Bear OS is optimised for the Free version of Notion. However, if you plan to upload large files (over 5MB) to the Meeting Vault or Wiki, you may eventually want to consider a Notion Plus plan.
Is my data private?
We won’t have any access to your data, however, Notion will be able to access it as the information is hosted on their servers.
Will I receive updates to Bear OS?
Yes! As we move toward future versions, all customers will receive a changelog and instructions on how to upgrade their OS.
How does the "15-Minute Sprint" tracking work?
Inside each Daily Productivity Log, you’ll find a simple table. This is designed for high-intensity focus and identifying distractions. Use the page every day to log what you actually did versus what you planned. This data powers your Weekly Review.
How do I automate my Weekly Review?
When you create a new Weekly Review page, use the @Today naming convention. The Task and Daily Log views inside that page are pre-filtered to show only the items related to that specific week, allowing for a seamless “Sunday Reset.”
Can I customise the OS?
While we recommend the current set up as it has been designed to work well with the GTD framework, the OS can be completely customised.
